Help Travelers Plan Their Next Adventure at Sea

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cruise Vacation Planners to assist clients with researching, comparing, and coordinating cruise vacations.

From family cruises and romantic getaways to milestone celebrations and group sailings, you'll help travelers navigate their options and create vacation plans based on their preferences, interests, and budgets.

This is a remote independent contractor opportunity for individuals interested in developing their knowledge of the cruise and travel industries.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients about their vacation preferences and travel goals
• Research cruise lines, ships, itineraries, destinations, and sailing dates
• Compare cabin categories, amenities, and available cruise options
• Assist clients with selecting appropriate cruise vacations
• Coordinate eligible cruise and related travel reservations
• Research pre- and post-cruise accommodations and other travel arrangements when requested
• Prepare organized reservation information and itineraries
• Communicate important deadlines and supplier policies
• Provide professional support throughout the planning process
• Continue developing knowledge of cruise lines and destinations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Ability to learn reservation platforms and travel technology
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Interest in cruises, tourism, hospitality, or vacation planning

Previous cruise or travel industry experience is helpful but not required. Training and ongoing professional development are available.
